What membership includes

Weekly Counsel is a hosted online forum for adults aged 18 and over. Sessions combine individual reflection, selected case discussions and commitments. Individual airtime is not guaranteed at each session. A monthly service calendar provides four 60-minute Counsel gatherings, one 60-minute hosted working session, an initial 20-minute individual orientation and access to a private written record. We confirm your group and available dates before payment. Fifth weeks, holidays and any planned breaks are identified in that calendar. Finish Sprints, Project Work and separately ticketed Realms events require a separate agreed scope and price.

Finish Sprint

The private Finish Sprint costs A$990 total for six weeks, paid once with no automatic renewal. It includes one 60-minute scoping call, five 30-minute weekly reviews, a written finish brief and decision record, and one written check-in response per week within two business days. Each check-in is up to 500 words and one work sample. Scope, session dates and start date are agreed before payment. You undertake the project work; production and specialist advice are not included. Request rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice. Other changes and any remedy for services we cannot supply are discussed fairly, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Completion and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.

Weekly Counsel price and renewal

A$440 is charged when you join and automatically each month until cancelled. The customer total includes applicable taxes and compulsory charges; there is no membership surcharge. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees. There is no minimum membership term. Your account and Stripe confirmation show your billing dates. Changes to the price or a material term require advance notice and apply only to future periods, with an opportunity to cancel before the change.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel renewal in your account at any time before the next charge. Your membership continues to the end of the paid period. Cancellation of future renewal is separate from a refund request. If we cannot provide an advertised session, we will offer a reasonable replacement; where appropriate or legally required, a proportionate refund or other remedy is available. Contact us promptly about missed or unsuitable services.

Nothing in these terms excludes Australian Consumer Law guarantees or mandatory rights in your country. Services must be provided with due care and skill and meet applicable legal requirements. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule.

International withdrawal rights

Where distance-contract withdrawal rights apply, you may generally withdraw within 14 days of entering the contract without giving a reason. Use Withdraw from my membership contract or email us with your name, account email and clear statement of withdrawal. We acknowledge the request and assess the remedy under applicable law. Where the EU withdrawal rules apply, reimbursement is due without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise and without a reimbursement fee. If you expressly request services during that period, a lawful proportionate charge for services already supplied may apply. Starting membership does not automatically waive all withdrawal rights. This is a hosted service, not a claim that downloading content extinguishes your rights.

The room and your work

Attend respectfully. Do not harass, discriminate, promote unlawful conduct, or share another person’s confidential information. Keep other members’ non-public work and discussions confidential. Other participants hear what you choose to share; absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. No recording, transcription or AI meeting assistant is permitted without separate informed agreement from everyone affected.

You retain ownership of your work. We use material you intentionally share only to deliver the service. Showcases are optional and require your specific permission; private records are never automatically published. We may suspend participation for serious misconduct with reasons and fair consideration of applicable remedies.

Scope and responsibility

Counsel provides hosted discussion, constructive challenge and continuity. It is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice or specialist instruction. Obtain qualified advice when needed. You choose your decisions and do the work between gatherings. We do not guarantee commercial success, income, personal transformation or completion by a particular date. Movement experiences are separately described and appropriately supervised where needed.

Resolving problems

Contact us first with the issue and the remedy you seek. We will consider it fairly and promptly. These terms are governed by New South Wales law, without taking away mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings available where you live.
