REALMSTRY
PRIVACY / COOKIES

Your choices stay yours.

Updated 5 October 2026.

Necessary technology

Sign-in uses a challenge cookie for up to 10 minutes and an account session cookie for up to seven days. Browser storage remembers your cookie choice and, where selected, your motion preference. Our hosting provider also uses security and access controls, including access cookies on the private review site.

Optional measurement

With your analytics choice, Realmstry also counts public page views in its own backend. It estimates daily browsers using a keyed digest that changes each day; raw IP addresses and user-agent strings are not saved in analytics. We store the public page, time and a broad referring-source category, not full referring URLs, enquiry text or private workspace activity. No analytics identifier is saved in your browser. Records expire after 90 days and are cleaned as new activity arrives. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this first-party measurement.

When configured and permitted by your choice, Google Analytics measures visits and successful enquiries. Google Ads and Meta measure advertising performance. We block their scripts until you choose the relevant category. They do not run on account, private workspace or rights-request pages. We do not send enquiry text, project notes, names or email addresses to them.

Provider cookies may last beyond a browsing session: Google Analytics identifiers can last up to two years, Google advertising cookies commonly up to 90 days, and Meta’s _fbp commonly up to 90 days. Browser and account settings can shorten these periods. Provider settings must be checked when measurement is activated.

You can reject optional categories without losing membership features. Withdrawing stops future optional tracking; it does not erase data already lawfully sent. See Privacy for requests.
