To stop future renewal, use your account. To withdraw from a recent contract, submit your declaration below. You do not need to sign in to submit a withdrawal. We verify the contract before disclosing account information or processing a refund.

Where applicable, distance-contract withdrawal rights generally last 14 days from entering the contract. Your declaration is time-stamped when received. You may also email thebaselisk@hotmail.com. Mandatory rights remain available.

Account downloads are available in your account. We assess privacy requests promptly, ordinarily within one month where GDPR applies. Financial and dispute records may need to be retained separately from private project notes.
