AN EXAMPLE SESSION / 60 MINUTES

Less vague intention.
More useful evidence.

Illustrative agenda: a member wants to finish a portfolio but keeps rebuilding the website. The useful question is what needs to exist before showing the work to someone.

00–10 MIN

Review the evidence

Write what you committed to, what you produced and what changed. Example: two projects photographed; the case-study text is still unwritten.

10–20 MIN

Name the constraint

A short host-led prompt distinguishes the real obstacle from a distraction. Example: the selection criteria are unclear; another website redesign will not resolve that.

20–40 MIN

Examine a selected case

The host works through one submitted case with the room. Compare options, test assumptions and agree a smaller finish: three case studies in a simple PDF.

40–55 MIN

Make your next move concrete

Quiet working time to apply the discussion to your own project. Write the next action, expected evidence and a calendar block. Example: draft the first case study on Tuesday at 7pm.

55–60 MIN

Close with a commitment

Save your chosen action and review date in your private record. Share only what you choose. Next week begins with the evidence, not a fresh list of intentions.

This example explains the format; it is not a client testimonial. Cases are selected in advance. Sessions are not recorded and private notes are not automatically shared.

THE WORK BETWEEN SESSIONS

Keep a record.
See what moves.

Your private workspace holds the ambition, milestones, decisions and next actions. Use it to prepare for Counsel and to see what happened between meetings.

The monthly working session is protected time to act on a commitment, with a brief opening and closing check-in. Its date is confirmed in your service calendar before payment.

For dedicated individual reviews of one project, explore the six-week Finish Sprint at A$990.
